When making your travel choices; do you ever stop and think about the reputation of the destination you want to visit? A new study just did that. The study released its ranking of the top 56 cities in the world based on reputations.
Of course it’s not the cities themselves but also the people there. The Reputation Institute surveyed individuals from the countries with some of the most powerful economies such as the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Germany, France, Italy, and Russia. Then, it reviewed different cities based on levels of trust, respect, esteem and admiration towards these cities’ environments, economies and governments.
What’s the third most reputable city? It’s Copenhagen in Denmark.
It’s closely followed by number two, which is Sydney in Australia.
Can you guess the winner? It’s Tokyo.
What about the U.S.? The highest ranked American city is only in the 20th position, and that’s San Francisco.
And on the bottom of the list? There’s Moscow, Cairo, and Mexico City.
